YES ... all 1099s are reported to the IRS but even if you work for cash you must report ALL income on the return.
If you have ACA insurance then you need to let them know about any change in your projected income so the advance credit can be adjusted if needed ... read the rules you agreed to when you signed up for ACA insurance.
