RENTAL UNIT

I have a rental unit (singlewide) on its own property ... I do all repairs myself.

I maintain the yard (1.5 acres), repair, service and purchase parts for everything pertaining to the rental.  Under what category  do I claim the replacement parts to repair, maintain, service mowers or everything else inside the rental ... for example:  plumbing, electrical, general repairs? Do mower parts fall under "Maintenance ... Repair ... or  Supply?"

I do not hire out any of the repairs/service etc. (Re Tax Year 2018) ... Look forward to your help!
