you don't really need them if you know the amounts. you can go to IRS website and schedule your estimated tax payments, - use the make a payment link this is how I make estimated tax payments. no chance of envelope getting lost in mail. you can pay from your bank account for free or use a debit or credit card - (fee applies) - this is IRS Direct Pay. make sure to select Estimated Tax 2019 should automatically pop up as the year. you'll have to provide some info for identity verification
" Direct Pay verifies your identity using information from your 1040 filing history. Please provide the following information from a 1040 tax return you filed during the previous six years."
you can schedule payment up to 30 days in advance
you can elect to receive email confirmation
