not so sure it won't work. but if Intuit sticks to its guns it won't be supported if there are issues. it can always change its position. especially if it feels it will loose a lot of customers ($$$$) who don't want to or can't upgrade and don't want to use the online version (win 7 can still be used with online versions) .
