Hello I need help with the IT 2104 form. I have 0 income normally and have a temp role paying a total of $700. I am living as a dependent with parents. I have 0 for all the fields student loan, no property, no earned income, child credit, deductions, etc.
I do live in nyc.
How do I fill out the form to have minimum withholding taken out ( I will file on my own). Thanks
