changing from windows 7 in old desktop with my Turbo 16,17, and 2018 to windows 10 in a new desktop

when the Geek Squad transfers the data from my 7 machine to the new 10 desktop, will they be able to transfer all of the turbo files, so when I do 2019, the info will carry forward, as before?
