Hi! thank you so much for getting back to me. I think I need to fill out a 8962 even I am allocating 0 for myself. IRS has sent me letter asking for 8962 and 1095A. So I filled out 8962 as the following.
Part I: #1. 0
#2-8 BLANK
Part II: #9. YES
#10 blank
#11. a,b,d,e,f all 0, leaving c blank
#12-23 BLANK
#24-26. all 0
Part III # 27-29 blank
Part IV #30 a)policy number
b) dad SSN
c)01
d)12
e,f,g) 0, 0,0
#34 Yes
Part V blank
And a few weeks later, they sent me a 10950 form (Premium Tax Credit verification) asking again 8965 and 1095A for verification purpose?
I am not sure if this is because I have filled out the 8965 wrong or something else?
can you please please advise on this?
