Sorry, I should have been more clear. I can enter a foreign address, but then I get to the "Max Benefits" page - which I have already paid for and now can't remove it - and it says I need to enter a State and Zip Code. But I can't, because I don't have them. And apparently, I can't remove Max Benefits... so I can't file. It's like Catch 22, and utterly infuriating. I had to file an extension because I didn't know what to do about this, and now my extension is quickly running out...
