I started Mturk at the end of 2018, basically a few days before the the New Year and made around $34. I have continued doing this and have made a total of $1300. I do plan on using mturk more throughout the rest of the year. I am 25, am a student so I do not have a job or any other source of income. My parents support me financially while I finish the last year of my graduate school. My question is, how do I report my income? I have looked at so many forums, but there are so many different answers and I am not sure what is right. Some people say you don’t have to report unless you make a certain amount. Others say you have to report any income. I keep hearing 1099 Form and Schedule C being thrown around. This is all so confusing and any help would be much appreciated.
