I am so tired of the run around trying to fix or something my taxes. I thought I was fine with my taxes cause I did receive an email from turbo tax stating thank you for choosing turbotax and your taxes have been efiled etc. so basically I was lied to and now I called the customer service number and unless I do not upgrade to tools and something in the amount of 29.95 which is bull crap. If I do not pay this I can not solve the problem. You will be hearing from my attorney if I do not receive any reply or correspondence within the next 5 working days. Have a great day.
