All three of your threads on your issue were answered in a timely fashion, including the first one yesterday which included instructions on how to contact your Live tax expert at TurboTax Support during business hours.
The Live expert, however, is not going to know what all the IRS is doing with your return, either. TurboTax receives no information about a filed return from the IRS. As explained in Critter's post above, you'll need to ask either the IRS or the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for info about the delay. If you can't get good info from the IRS, or have a hardship, the Taxpayer Advocate Service is especially prone to help.
