If it helps anyone at all.. Not sure if it is different for different people.. But I have this same issue.. Rep this morning told me they needed the 8962 form and my 1095A... I told her my letter had not arrived and it was not even in today's mail.. She explained for me to attach a cover sheet to my fax... on the cover sheet I was told to put "Attention: SP Rejects Team" then after the cover sheet write a detailed letter from myself stating that I did not receive the letter but had called and was told to submit the forms... then my forms
