Have you tried just deleting the X in the box in the "85% Exception Smart Worksheet"? That worked for me and others. Right-click on the X in the box and you will get a pop-up menu. Select "override". The X should turn red. Then left-click on the X to make it disappear. This should also result in the X in Box A disappearing. Form 2210 will then not be attached to your filing forms in TurboTax.
