sunsettanya Yes, when I print "Return Only," the first page of Form 2210 is included. Box A is checked, "85% Waiver" is typed in, and the Explanation Statement is not included. According to the IRS instructions for Form 2210, that is all exactly as it should be. That's why I think the error has been with the IRS automated review. However, many of us have now successfully filed, so I bet you will too. Assuming you feel the rest of your return is ready, go for it!
