yes form 2210 showed up in the pdf e file of what was transmitted to federal and state. It had the box A checked and "85% Wavier" comment. Form 2210 was also in the more detailed records that I kept a hard copy of in case I have a computer failure. I would give it a try at if it is rejected again you are no worse off than you are now and if goes through it will be a major relief. I am betting it goes through.
