I'm not comfortable with this last fix, and have had the same problem as sunami16. Although the waiver explanation shows up properly on the Form view version, it is not in the version I see in a Preview. Further this version has a sentence that says this return has already been rejected. I can't figure out how to get TT to use and submit the new version of the return with the waiver explanation in it. I don't want to start over and am not excited about waiting until March 8. Does anyone know how I can get TT to use the revised return with the waiver exemption?
