TT explanation that you can e-file with the waiver explanation is incorrect. I don't have a penalty but rather than override I tried the file form 2210 the waiver explanation filled out. I tried it on Saturday afternoon, got a rejection on Sunday. It came back saying I needed the waiver explanation even though I filled it out and shows up in the Forms view on TT software. I can see it but somehow IRS doesn't see it on their end... no real explanation from TT why this is happening.
