You received a 1099-INT from the IRS, correct?Just go to Federal Taxes->Wages & Income->Interest & Dividends. When you get there, click on "Interest on 1099-INT". Proceed through the interview, and when a bunch of company logos come up offering to import the numbers automagically, just click on "I'll enter it myself". Then enter the name of the IRS and the amount.
Interest from the IRS is like any other interest from a bank or whatever.
