Msj I spoke with irs on Friday and was told I had to wait the 60 days from letter I called the tax advocate to file a hardship and she told me my refund was being released on the 16th of march. I went on where's my refund this morning and my bars are back and it said approved will be sent to bank by Friday the 16th.. I really think it was the irs lady who was nice this time that pushed it along I think she just had to say the whole 60 day thing but she understood my circumstances and the next thing I know I am approved.
