For a single person:
Column A Compensation would be the same amount as on your PA40 line 3.
Column B Compensation would be from your Delaware non resident tax return Form 200-02, page 2, Section A, line 1, column 2
If you are filing jointly, then use only that portion of PA40 line 3 that applies to the individual that worked in Delaware.
