i am an uber driver in los angeles and recently paid $78 for a AAA Plus Membership to the socal auto club. i chose to claim the standard mileage rate versus actual expenses; can i still deduct this $78, or is this fee considered an actual expense and does not qualify as a separate and distinct deduction?
