Why is TurboTax not accurate with Hawaii State returns? For the third year in a row, it has miscalculated my standard deduction, resulting in the need to pay more taxes

For three years now, the State of Hawaii Dept. of Taxation has sent me forms showing that my taxes--which were calculated by TurboTax after the federal return was completed--required adjustment.  They are billing me additional money since the return needed adjustment for 4 reasons:  1) the standard deduction had to be adjusted to the maximum allowed amount according to my filing & dependent status; 2) the "credit forward" claimed does not match the amount available; 3) total payments were computed in error; and 4) the amount I owe is computed in error.  I thought TurboTax guaranteed the accuracy of its calculations.  And how could it miss on the amount of the standard deduction?  I will, of course, pay the Hawaii DoTax bill.  What recourse do I have with TurboTax, and what assurance do I have that this will not happen for the 4th year in a row next tax season?
