This means the TurboTax program has enough information to let you prepare your returns, but some forms are not ready (available) for TurboTax to e-file or file by mail. This will change, depending on the form involved - different forms may have different "Available" dates.
Many, but not all, Federal tax forms have been
approved and made available.

Most state tax forms won't be approved and made available until late in January.
Also, it is possible some states may not start accepting e-filed returns until February or March.
