Completely agree with the comments above. Called customer service and after 10 minutes of an automated recording maze, I COULD NOT speak to a live person. The automated recording would only send me "detailed instructions" via text or email. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Shame on you TurboTax. I resubmitted my returns and am crossing my fingers that it works this time. A "product update"? Does that mean that a faulty Turbo Tax product caused my returns to be rejected? Broken product. Broken customer service... what are we paying Turbo Tax for exactly? I've used Turbo Tax to file all of my tax returns over the last 10+, but given this experience - if Turbo Tax doesn't step up to address this situation properly, I may have to take my business elsewhere next year. Your move Turbo Tax.
