All the comments here are not unreasonable. The honorable thing to do is clearly and honestly communicate the situation as it is known and as it gets updates. It took 5 days to get the IRS rejection. I was further worried when the 8960 reject code looked NOTHING like the reject codes on the IRS site... Google was my answer. Google alleviated my continued concerns. Google. Not Intuit. Google.
