same problem. rejected 3 times. I've talked to 2 different TurboTax support people and they werent sure why its happening. They sent me a link to their fix yesterday which came down to: If you have checked box A in part II of form 2210, you have to file by mail (no e-file option). When I check IRS's website, it takes 6-8 weeks to process if you mail in your return. This is ridiculous! Also, not comfortable changing the 2017 value to zero. TurboTax needs to add the box for "Waiver explanation statement" for box A of part II ASAP!!!
