Thank you frank.forgione. Note to others, however, you must put 0 in the 2017 tax liability and not just delete the value. Form 2210 will populate with a blank value and the problem will not be solved if you don't enter 0 in the tax liability field. You can check success by going to Tools/Delete Forms and look for Form 2210. Success with Self-Employed online version.
