Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I also used myactuary's method on the Windows Premier desktop version -- "Select form 2210.  Right click box II.A.  select override.  left click the check box and it should disappear.  After you save -- form 2210 should not appear on the list of forms (it has been deleted and should stay deleted)."   Do not try to DELETE the form or it will be recreated with box IIa checked.  My return was just accepted after being rejected yesterday.

Additional note: After saving, I confirmed on the print preview copy that Form 2210 was gone and tried to resubmit. The program did NOT show a transmission confirmation and almost instantly the program showed it was rejected.  Since the transmission was not confirmed, I believe the rejection message was because of the initial rejection.  When I went through the e-file process again I immediately got the transmission confirmation and within 10 minutes had the IRS acceptance.
Thanks myactuary for a solution that did not require me to edit the 2017 information!
