You can change it (for 2018 taxes in 2019) by going to "File" and as you go through the steps you'll see three steps you can re-visit, 1) your receipt, 2) tax payment info and 3) "getting ready to save and file". Select to re-vist (on right hand side of screen) to change payment option. I am refiling day after.
