My IL state tax return keeps getting rejected. I get and email saying that something is wrong with IL pin, Prior year AGI, and or my ID number. What should I do?
I already looked into the AGI and I didn't file taxes in 2016 and my ID info was all correct. Yet I still got rejected AGAIN!
