Mobile app users: First, sign out of the mobile app (under App Settings). Then, in your web browser, use your app login to sign in at TurboTax.com so you can follow these instructions:
To upgrade to PLUS and pay for PLUS:.
- Click on Previous Taxes

Add a State (to get back into your return)
- Upgrade
- Choose PLUS (If it is greyed out, you already upgraded and can close out of there)
- Click on Tax Tools
- Print Center

Print This year's Return (Not Prior year's return or you will get knocked out of the return)
- Click Pay Now to pay
