You can’t prepare the Form 8379 directly in TurboTax Online, but responding to the injured spouse relief questions during the tax interview will generate the form. If you click above on “See entire answer” it explains that you need to skip the questions about innocent spouse relief if you want to file as an injured spouse (Form 8379).
