did you in fact roll over the distribution? the only way I can see for TT to have type rollover was either that box 7 was G
or it was 7 and you check box B1
if you in fact properly rolled over the distribution then the issue is with the IRS because it would be non-taxable
if you didn't roll over the distribution, then you probably made an entry error which is your fault and TT guarantee wouldn't apply.
