So last summer I worked for about 2 months and just received my W-2 forms. I filed it but listed myself as a dependent as I am still a college student and my parents are paying my tuition. My dad is freaking out saying how since I filed my own tax that they'll have to end up paying more money back to the government. Is this true even though I listed myself as dependent?
