I was an exchange student with F1 visa from 2015 to February 2016. Then I went back to my home county to finish college during later 2016 to 2017, but the expiration date of the 2015 F1 was 2020. And then I started in a different school from in July 2017 with a new F1. Am I a resident alien or non-resident alien starting from 2020 and can I use Turbotax? Thanks a lot for your help.
