Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Do both W-2s cover the whole year? That is, is the amount in box 1 your annual salary (even if off by $10)? If so, is the box for "Corrected" checked at the top of one of the W-2s? If so, use the W-2 marked "Corrected" and mark the other as not used and stick it in your tax record file - you won't be using it.

If the sum of the two box 1s, when added together, add up to your annual salary, then it is possible that your company issued you two W-2, one each for part of the year. If this is the case, then enter both of them in TurboTax.

You may have to contact your HR department if neither case makes sense to you.
