I got two W-2 forms from same employer, with different exemptions under my employee w4 profile because I changed it during the year. Do I combine the two forms?

My employer had me claiming 6 federal and 2 state exemptions which I changed to 0 and 1. Total wages are only different by $10 but first one had NO fed.tax withheld.
