Thanks Dalip. Here is my situation and needed your views on this
- Worked in 2013 on L1A visa from June 2013 to Nov 2013- 165 days , did not meet the substantial presence test.
- Spouse visited me on L2 visa in 2013 in Sept and Oct, did not apply for ITIN or SSN? Is there a way that I can apply for her ITIN though now she is not present here.
