You have a couple of options:
You can choose 'skip import' in the page requesting the import
code. This will allow you to move to the next step where TurboTax will
help you enter all the data from your W2.
Or:
If you have access to
http://w2express.com/,
you can try and access your W-2
from that site. Your import code should be in the lower right box of
the name and address field of the W-2 you access through W2Express.
Unfortunately, some employers do not print the import code on their W-2s
mailed to employees.
