The control
number is required to accurately import your W-2, but not all W-2s have them.
This is a known issue that our engineers are working on fixing right now. To
workaround this issue, click Back to the screen where you were asked to enter
your W-2’s EIN, removed the EIN, and Click continue. You will then skip the W-2
import, and can enter your W-2 in manually.
