If you would like to completely clear out the information you have entered and start your income tax returns over:
- Log in to your TurboTax account
- Click on the orange box that says Take me to my return
- At the top of the screen, click on the drop-down next to My Account
- You will see an option to Clear & Start Over - click on it
- A box will appear that asks if you are sure - click Yes
- Another box will appear that says "Your return has been cleared" - click on Continue
You should now be able to start your return over.
