You will need to contact TurboTax to request a refund or get help with unlocking the download.
You can contact us
by following the steps below:
- Log into your return
- Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
- Click on Contact us (See the
screenshot below)
- Give an explanation of why
you need a refund/help unlocking the download
- Select "Get a
callback"
- Enter your telephone number,
name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
- Click on the Call me button
