I'm a US citizen expat with foreign income and have been paying taxes in my country of residence. Should I use the online Deluxe or Premier package?

My 2017 income was equivalent to <$50k, and I was not self-employed. I have no stocks or income from the US for 2017.This is my first time filing taxes abroad, and I don't know which forms are relevant and which Turbo Tax package covers those forms.
