Yes, one of the very last screens in the Prepare Estimated taxes section will have a line for you to enter both expected withholding for 2018 as well as any estimated tax payments you may have already made for this year.

Note: If you are actually using the worksheet in Forms Mode, then it's on the ES & W4 Wks. Towards the bottom, there is a section for "Enter the Tax Payments You've Already Made for your 2018 return."
