To enter customer returns/refunds
· Type in schedule c in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass
· Click the jump to schedule c ink in the search results.
· Arrive at the Your 2017 self-employed work summary page.
· Click on the Edit button
· Arrive at the Here’s your info page
· Click on the Add income for this work button
· Arrive at the Let's get any additional income for page
· Click on the radio button next to Rebates/refunds paid (last category)
· Clock the Continue button, bottom right of the page
· Arrive at the Tell us about refunds and rebates for your work
· Make your entry
