If it is included on the 1099-G, enter it that way. If it is reported on a 1099-INT, enter it that way. It will be taxed the same way.
To enter, use the search box.
Sign into your account and your return
Type 1099-G into the search box -OR- Type 1099-INT into the search box
Click on the "Jump to 1099-G" link -OR- Click on the "Jump to 1099-INT" link
If you did not get a 1099-G or 1099-INT
Click Federal on the left side-bar
Click Wages & Income along the top
Scroll down to "Other Common Income" click Show more
Scroll down to "Refunds received..." click Start
