In 2017, I paid $4,400 in estimated state tax and my wife had $1,800 in state tax withheld, but Turbo's Schedule A line 5 only shows $4,800. Isn't that wrong?

I just think TurboTax might have calculated this incorrectly. Between my wife and I, we withheld $6,200 in state tax (and our state tax liability for 2017 is $7,300), so why does line 5 on Schedule A for state income taxes only show $4,800?
