Ive tried that link, IRS website I cannot create an account, the page freezes. I can't even find the specific tab to edit the IND error or find what is effecting my AGI. I had my taxes done by a CPA last year and she has all of my information and isn't answering as well. I get the email for the error in filing, however, there is no interaction "as mentioned in the URL link you just pasted" to assist with resolving the issue, is it because I have the desktop version of TurboTax? Whatever the case may be, there is no contact phone number to even call someone? But you offer specialists at a premium of $149.99 if you want a personal CPA.. I just want to file, seems like the world is working against me here so I am open to suggestions - No tax info from last year, IRS.gov page isn't allowing me to create an account, Error prompts are not interactive with the desktop application, no phone number to contact someone over the phone to walk through it, and can't seem to get close to configuring where or what to change whats effecting my AGI. Gotta love tax season!
