Yes. If you have self-employment income that you used to pay for Obamacare, you may deduct your out-of-pocket premiums. TurboTax will take care of the deduction for you when you enter the Form 1095-A for your Obamacare coverage and link the form to your business. This is done during the Health Insurance interview when TurboTax asks, Do any of these situations apply? You'll need to check Self-employed and bought a Marketplace plan, then select the business that is tied to the policy. (Click the screenshot below to enlarge it for reference.) Note: This is the only place in TurboTax where you should enter your Obamacare information. You don't need to include it with your business expenses.
