For Wisconsin, it may be for the email address provided for the "Electronic 1099-G". Edit your Other situations to correct it. Sign into your return, and select "fix it" to get back in the program. From here:
- Select "state" on the left and "continue" or "edit" beside your state return.
- Scroll down to "Other situations", and select "edit"
- "Revisit" the "Electronic 1099-G", and select "yes" to see and change your email address
- Continue through to "file" your state again. Pay close attention as you go through filing, you may see your email address again, depending on your state and situation.
